Return & Exchange

You can return products purchased from Gini Fashions within the specified return/exchange period(7 days from Delivery), except for our non-returnable products and high-value products which can only be returned for limited number of days. We will process a refund to your payment method and it will credited to you within 5 to 7 working days. Return request will accept in case of faulty, damaged or wrong products Delivered. Create a ‘Return Request’ by My Account >Order > Return and Refund or send a message on Whatsapp(9933871277) or call at 9933871277. Please make a note of the Order ID that we send by SMS to you from LDSFHB. Keep the item ready for pick up or ship it to us basis on the return mode. ​you can self-ship the product to us. ​You can cancel an order until it has not been packed in our Warehouse. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made. If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online. If you return an order delivered to you, order shipping charges will not be refunded. However if you self-ship your returns, we will reimburse self-shipment charges based on Gini Fashion’s Returns Policy.
